This stretch of water requires a membership (But it might be worth it just for a couple of days fishing 600 dkk.)
If you are in Odense and want to go fishing in some classic Danish countryside landscape the stretches of Odense Aa we call north of Lundegaard and South of Lundegaard (the latter is described here) might be the place for you. In the later years the municipality of Odense has done a lot of work on Odense Aa bending it back to its natural form. A little tip on this fact… The old stretches are typically more narrow and deeper, making it a perfect place to lure the pikes and trout’s. As this stretch is further “up river” there is also a lot of pikes and good ones as you can tell from the picture. Depending on the season you can also catch big seatrouts here (marts, april, sept., okt. I would recommend). Beautiful brown trout’s can be lured all summer (catch and release).
A shoutout to Troels for catching this nice pike and sending us the pictures
